Pizza workshop at Szomszéd! (For grownups only!)

Italian music will be playing as you spin the pizza dough on your hands, toss it up, and create the perfect shape. You’ll smell the delicious aroma of tomatoes, and soon enough, you can crunch the perfectly baked crust! Sounds good? Become a Neapolitan pizza chef for a day! We’ll show you how to do it, what to pay attention to, what’s important, and share everything worth knowing about its history!

You can knead the pizza dough made from our authentic recipe, stretch and slap the dough, choose any toppings you like, and then place your Neapolitan pizza in our beech wood-fired oven! We’ll demonstrate, explain, practice together, and then let you do it on your own – from kneading to the finished pizza.

We’ll teach you about:

  • Proper workflows
  • Quality ingredients
  • Key techniques
  • Rising time and optimal temperature
  • Traditional lo schiaffo
  • DOP toppings
  • And original Italian pizzas

At the end, we’ll eat what we’ve baked!

Bring friends, family, or partners to learn, have fun, bake, and, of course, enjoy pizza together!

No prior experience is needed – just enjoy yourself!

Price of the program: HUF 24,000.- /person
